On my visit to Bruxie, I was struck by the quality and creativity of their offerings. I decided to try the Original Sandwich, featuring a perfectly seasoned chicken breast drizzled with chili honey and topped with homemade slaw. Each bite was a delightful juxtaposition of crispiness and flavor depth—definitely a highlight of my meal.
The sides deserve a mention too. The waffle fries were exceptionally crispy, and the spiced tots were a flavor-packed delight that provided a satisfying crunch. It’s impressive to see how much attention has been dedicated to perfecting these accompaniments.
The atmosphere at Bruxie is lively, filled with chatter and the hum of happy diners. The service, as mentioned by fellow patrons, is exemplary; friendly staff who are both welcoming and knowledgeable enhance the overall experience. As I wrapped up my meal, I couldn't resist indulging in their signature Crème Brûlée & Strawberries Waffle. It was a sweet-inspired triumph, rich and luxurious, making it a dish perfect for sharing or for those moments when you're feeling indulgent.

I placed a to go order, so I wasn't able to enjoy the dining area. However it's really tidy and spacious. The young lady who took my order was really nice and offered me water while I waited for my order. The food wasn't my absolute favorite, because it was bit cold and it just didn't feel memorable. The packaging was absolutely cute though. But I was craving something breakfast related, so this did fulfill me at the moment. Would I choose to try again and give it another chance, maybe. Though it isn't something i'd constantly crave. Still enjoyed it!! I recommend to still try!

Why was it kinda fire? I wish it was closer to $10 and not $15...but it was gas. Definitely fattening and delicious. The cold slaw cut through the oiliness and the waffle was super airy and crunchy.

Just as good as I remember! The Nashville chicken sandwich was very juicy and definitely hit the spot. And the waffle fries + lemonade made it even better! The space itself seems on the smaller side, but there's a bunch of indoor and outdoor seating so that shouldn't be a problem :)

Ordered delivery through postmaster. First time trying it. The Brioche sandwich, I would give it a 8/10. The strawberry Nutella waffle sandwich was a 10/10. Presentation really sucked but the food was good. I also ordered a starwberry lemonade which was really good. I would order again for the waffle.

Solid food. Good chicken, has a good amount of spice. Add the Crystal Louisiana hot sauce and it's next level. Waffle is good. Use half the butter they give you. lol. Service is great. Ty is always super friendly and professional. Always greets me with a smile and knows my order. Definitely better than Roscoe's.

Came during an off peak time for late lunch. We were greeted immediately by an employee behind the counter who was super nice and helpful. As I said we were there off peak so the dining room was pretty empty and quiet save for the TV showing the latest sporting event. I've been to the Orange location which is outside seating so this dining room was a welcome difference. I went for a classic sandwich and was not disappointed. Crisp waffle, crispier chicken drizzled with honey...delicious. So glad there are fun lunch spots popping up like this in El Segundo!

Review for Bruxie - 2181 Rosecrans Ave Had a great experience at Bruxie! The chicken sandwich was solid--crispy, juicy, and paired nicely with pickles and sauce. The crinkle fries were crunchy and fresh, which made the meal even better. What really stood out, though, was the amazing service. Amir, the kid at the front, not only helped me pick what to order but also hit me with some deep philosophy while I was deciding. I didn't expect a side of wisdom with my sandwich, but it was definitely a highlight. Great spot for good food and stellar staff. I'll be coming back!

We visited Bruxie in El Segundo for the first time to celebrate my birthday with breakfast, and it was an amazing way to start the day! From the moment we walked in, our hostess made us feel so welcome and took the time to recommend several menu items. She was super helpful and patient as we figured out what to try. We ended up going with The Original--a perfectly seasoned premium chicken breast with chili honey and homemade slaw--and wow, it was delicious! We also tried the Kickin' "Nashville" Hot, which had the perfect balance of spicy, smoky, and creamy from the rémoulade sauce. Both were outstanding and left us wanting more! Our 2-year-old enjoyed the kids' waffle, though it was missing the berries and whipped cream it was supposed to come with. However, she didn't seem to mind at all--she devoured it anyway! The sides deserve their own shoutout. The tater tots and waffle fries were crispy perfection. My husband went as far as saying they were better than Chick-fil-A fries, and I have to agree--the crispiness was on another level! Overall, this place is a gem. It was the perfect spot to kick off my birthday with my family. The food, service, and vibe all exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back soon!

So satisfying and rich and sweet and addicting! I tried a Holy Chicken Sandwich because I wanted breakfast food and we had justtttt missed the breakfast period. The Holy Chicken has an egg, chicken and waffle - not a bad compromise. I also had the Crème Brûlée & Strawberries Waffle was prob a gluttonous move, but #NoRegrets. It was amazing! Great for splitting. Overall, a greasy and sweet way to start the day. Service was efficient and pleasant. The inside was busy and bustling, and the outside seating was well-kept and neat. Parking was available in the lot nearby.

One of my go to spots near my work. I don't know what it is about this place as in the end, its a little pricey. I guess I'll just say its comfort food for me as it just hits the spot. The Original is the way to go. Just the combination of the nice thin crispy waffle, the slaw and the spicy honey.... it makes the perfect combination, its delicious and so satisfying. Also I get the tots over the waffle fries, Both are good but the tots just have that extra crisp to it and a bit more flavorful. Had to try the fried pickles as I saw it on the chalk board cause I love fried pickles. This was a loss, I did not like these at all, most of the pieces where sliced too thick, close to a half inch thick I would say. Needs to be way thinner as the pickle to batter ratio has to be perfect. The batter was also falling off the pickle, leaving the pickle naked while you where eating it. Also be careful because that pickle juice is hot when it first comes to your table. The service here is great, everyone is so nice and the food comes quick.
